Our restaurant is open 365 days a year for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We have two restaurant areas as well as different patios and terraces where you can enjoy the colonial Puebla and the baroque flavors of our kitchen.

Our concept covers all the dishes of the old poblana cuisine as well as others of the new mexican cuisine; always based on traditional cuisine and with the ingredients used since ancient times. We also offer the main seasonal dishes: Escamoles, Worms of Maguey, Huitlacoches, Nopales, Mole de Caderas and our famous and renowned Chiles en Nogada, which are a real treat to the palate.

Inside our gastronomic experience it includes a bar with speciality in tequilas and mezcales and the widest offer of wines in all the city making emphasis in the selection of mexican wines.

The Mexican caviar, prepared with butter, epazote, chille serrano, onions and served with hand made tortillas, guacamole and chile de arbol sauce with sesame. Enjoy them between april and September
They are served fried with salt, together with guacamole and salsa. Very tasty and nutritive. Enjoy them between May and October.

Casareyna opens its doors to the public in 2007 with 10 suites, a restaurant, bar and basic services. En 2012 it goes through its first expansion were a wine cellar specialised in Mexican wines is introduces. It also added a multipurpose room, a terrace and a new space to sell Talavera. In 2016 it went throught the last expansion, in which after two years and a half of hard work, Mr. Esteban Chapital, Angélica Moreno, Rodrigo Álvarez and Marco de la Mora open the new rooms, resting areas, guests areas, restaurant and bar area with all the new services that Casareyna offers today, making it an icon in Puebla and a world wide reference for Mexican food and hospitality.
